Soweto-born singer, Winnie Khumalo, passed away on January 7, 2025, at the age of 51. Khumalo, known for her distinctive voice and popular dance moves, began her music career at the age of 15 and quickly rose to fame. Her career spanned over three decades, and she collaborated with music legends such as Chicco Twala, Brenda Fassie, and Zonke Dikana. Khumalo is survived by her children, her sister, and her mother.
